San Francisco is adorned with beautifully architected classics, and this was one of the standouts in Noe Valley. The owners had wonderful taste, bringing in sophisticated lighting even before we became involved. We love working on these homes that have a foot in the old and another in the modern.
Revere is known for our striking use of paint color. Realtors almost always ask us for paint suggestions because of our ability to add flair to the home in surprising (and cost effective ways). Starting with the dining room, we gave the ceiling a dramatic dark shade to frame the room. Meanwhile we contrasted the cabinets and walls with a stark white to make the space a focal point. What an effect!
On all stages, we want to accentuate and elevate the characteristics of the home, and in this case, with so many elements throughout, we had many opportunities to revere this iconic San Francisco architected home. The frosting on the cake? The home sold for $1 Million over asking.
