A Cosmopolitan Flat - $251K over asking
We're blessed to have architectural detail in so many homes in San Francisco, but this one wow'ed even us. The trim throughout the home handsomely framed walls and ceilings, meanwhile the arched bookshelves softened the rooms with a delicate elegance.
We rode that emotional conveyance and applied a cosmopolitan style to the flat. We wanted to elevate this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo and transport the potential buyer to a country side estate - perhaps a sophisticated city dweller's getaway away from the city.
I think we ended up crafting a sophisticated owner's city escape instead! We loved being whisked away whenever we stepped into the home!
